Join our Mammals on Roads survey

Watch out for wildlife on the roads this summer to help us find out crucial information about the status of our nation's mammals. #MammalsOnRoads

Thank you for your interest in Mammals on Roads– as featured in the latest BBC Wildlife magazine. Although a sad sight, recording roadkill each year tells us much about how wild mammals are doing in the surrounding landscape. Over the last 18 years, People’s Trust for Endangered Species (PTES) has collected thousands of records of mammals dead and alive- with the help of hundreds of volunteers. One key finding is that hedgehogs are in real trouble. We’re now doing everything we can to help them. Taking part really can make a huge difference to mammal conservation so please click on the options below to read more and take part in 2019.
