- - People’s Trust for Endangered Species was set up in 1977 to save our wildlife. We are governed by a board of volunteer trustees and our team of staff are passionate about protecting endangered species and places.

PTES Dormouse Officer

The Dormouse Officer is responsible for delivering the activities and objectives of the Hazel Dormouse Recovery Programme and delivers the PTES hazel dormouse recovery programme objectives in partnership with internal colleagues and external partners. They play a central role in English and Welsh dormouse conservation efforts through the three projects that PTES runs and delivers that form the basis of the statutory defined recovery programme.
