Training Course: Traditional Cider Making

September 28, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

This one-day training course is run by local craft cider-makers Mike and Barbara Jones. It is a great way to learn the art and craft of apple juicing and cider making and gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to make good cider in the traditional way. Learn the theory, understand the methods and apply them all in practice to select, prepare and juice the apples; blend the juice to create the style and flavour of cider you want and take a gallon home for fermentation, to produce a high quality cider.

Price: £35 for MSOG members. £45 for non-members, who will receive free MSOG membership to 31 March 2021. Free refreshments and a light lunch will be provided
