- - People’s Trust for Endangered Species was set up in 1977 to save our wildlife. We are governed by a board of volunteer trustees and our team of staff are passionate about protecting endangered species and places.

The Apple Day will be in its 16th year and will take place on Sat 5th October at Stamford Arts Centre. The event will feature the East of England Apple and Orchards Project bringing along different varieties of apple for people to see and sample and experts will be on hand to identify some of the apple visitors bring with them. Members of the community orchard group will also be on hand to give their advice on how to look after your own apple trees. The event will also feature lots of crafts and fun games for children – including, of course, apple bobbing and stallholders will also be there selling a range of products.

This is a free event.
