- - People’s Trust for Endangered Species was set up in 1977 to save our wildlife. We are governed by a board of volunteer trustees and our team of staff are passionate about protecting endangered species and places.

You bring the picnic, we’ll bring the entertainment, all while the grown-ups crack on with some wider park green-space restoration works.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Come down to Rose Vale Park, Heald Green for an afternoon picnic and storytelling with Susie Oldfield. Hosted by The Orchard Project.

Or get stuck in with The Friends of Rosevale Park team as they tackle some clearance works in the woodland area and have a general spruce-up of the park.

We’re taking bookings of four people (inc kids and adults) per picnic mat. No need to bring your own. Our amazing storyteller, Susie Oldfield, will be ready to engage you in some fruity folk tales, splendiferous stories, murky myths and loopy legends. Choose the afternoon slot that suits you and your family best and we’ll do the entertaining.
