Jeacock’s Apple Day

October 2, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Come along to the Apple Day at Tring’s historic WWI smallholding orchard. Purchase heritage apples from Cam Valley Orchards and bring your unknown apples for expert ID by Anna Baldwin. Support local produce stalls, get involved with apple pressing, see fantastic craft stalls, including spinning, weaving, and wood turning. There will also be fruit tree sales, wildlife displays and live moth identification, nature notes, music, storytelling and nature activities, local charity stalls, live plays and puppet show, games, maypole ‘dancing’ and light refreshments. Please walk if possible. The ground is very bumpy (ant hills) but if dry, suitable for wheelchairs.
