January 27, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 3:30 pm

This one-day workshop is aimed at those who wish to learn how to restore espaliers, which have grown beyond their formal boundaries, concentrating upon reforming the main branch structure. It will also cover reformative pruning of apple trees of 15-40 years of age, which have had minimal pruning in recent years. No previous experience is required.

The workshop will take place outdoors, tools and PPE are provided. There is a £15 charge for this event, to support Waldringfield Scattered Orchard.

Tutor: Dr. Anna Baldwin.
