- - People’s Trust for Endangered Species was set up in 1977 to save our wildlife. We are governed by a board of volunteer trustees and our team of staff are passionate about protecting endangered species and places.

Come and join us and the Friends of Bedfords Park and Walled Garden for a celebration of all things Apple.

Apple press and bottling. Freshly pressed juice from the walled garden’s own orchards will be on sale.

Bring your own apples to press – bring clean bottles or containers with you.

Free orchard and fruit tree advice, and apple identification by Steve from PTES and the UK Orchard Network.

We will have some apple activities, craft stalls, food and drink and people on hand to answer any questions you may have about apples and growing fruit and vegetables at home.

Free admission.
