SUMMARY:Apple Pressing experience - learn to press and bottle apples
DESCRIPTION:Visitors to North Devon will have the chance to make their own apple juice or cider this autumn at Lemons Farm\, in a beautiful orchard overlooking the Taw Valley. \nAfter a tour of the orchard\, guests will set out with a map and a bag to pick from the nine different apple varieties on offer\, before being shown how to pulp and press their own delicious blend of juices. \nTino and Katherine Capaldi have been pressing their apples for three years and this year decided to open the experience to the public for the first time. It’s a fun\, traditional autumn activity and gets people thinking about where our food comes from. \nThe experience lasts 3 to 4 hours and includes a ploughman’s lunch or afternoon tea.
