Perry pear harvest weekend

October 15, 2017 @ 11:00 am - October 16, 2017 @ 2:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until October 15, 2017

Join us in the enchanting pear orchard at Dyrham Park for a celebration of the humble Dyrham perry pear as we get stuck in to our perry harvest.

Have a go with the old cider press. Help us with our harvest and then make your own pear juice.

There will be harvest craft and games, pear bobbing, an orchard trail and harvest goodies in the cafe. Learn all about perry making and old Gloucestershire folklore and buy bottles of golden perry cider to take home with you or local pear juice.
