Community Land Advisory Service Documents

A key component of protecting an orchard is making sure it has a use. With the best will in the world if an orchard has no purpose it will not be sustainable. A lot of orchards are well situated to be used by local communities or businesses. Agreements can be formed in a number of different ways depending on land ownership, required access, land use, and whether use is for a business, a charity or non-profit, or is entirely public, like a park.
